Vjudge has recently added Toph to their OJ list. But nowadays it fails to crawl any problem from Toph. Is this an issue from Toph’s side?

Unfortunately this may be because of some markup changes that were made to Toph’s problem pages. I do believe Vjudge is aware of this change.
But regardless Vjudge will need to update their crawler code according to these changes.
You might also want to reach out to Vjudge to just remind them about this.
