Any reason for registration deadline and lack of alternative programming languages?

@EgorKulikov Since this is a replay contest and not the original one, the registration deadline was set for proper scaling and management.
Also, this contest is mainly for first-year university students who have just learned the C programming language and basic data structures, so other programming languages are not allowed.
who was the author of problem G (grid resotration)? This was a very nice problem, and I wish I could upsolve it. is there any way?
