Rank and Persentile Not Showing Correctly

What happened to Toph? Did it’s database connection lost? I don’t think so. Because it is showing most of the stats like Problem Count, Solve Count, Submission Count correctly. But Rank and Persentile is showing 0 (zero).

I noticed this 4 or 5 months ago. But I thought it was a small bug and it will be resolved shortly. But it hasn’t. Please look into this @hjr265

I had temporarily disabled some of the stat calculation as I had planned some optimizations for them. These should now be updated every few minutes.
