Query Regarding Toph's Guideline for Onsite Contest Environment

Dear @hjr265,

In Toph’s contest environment guideline, it says, "vai, ekta point niye kotha ache:

“Different Computer For Every Contest: :exclamation:
The arrangement of participants must be different for every contest. A participant using a computer during a mock contest must not be assigned the same computer for the main contest.”

I would like to your thoughts behind this suggestion.

@shefin was advocating for using same pc in both the mock and the main contest. His thoughts are as follows:

" Mock ar Main contest er din same pc thakle benefit thake hocche prottekta team Mock er din nijeder Desk test kore jete pare. ete Main contest er din issue arise howa kome jay. Main contest er din pc te ager kono data thakbe na - eta ensure howai enough I think."

@TarifEzaz @shefin How about this?

The arrangement of participants must be different for every contest.

However, a participant using a computer during a mock contest may be assigned the same computer for the main contest as long as a clean start can be ensured.

Here, the first line is about making the participant use a different computer for, let’s say, each round.

As far as this handbook is concerned, a freshly formatted/installed computer is a “different” computer.
