I submitted a solution which was intended to give TLE verdict but the solution is still in queue.

Are you sure about the verdict? Your last submission (Submission 649676 | Toph), which was submitted 8 hours ago, got the CPU limit exceeded verdict.
Sometimes codes like this take a bit longer to run, because it’s an infinite loop you know, and it should exceed the maximum CPU limit to get the verdict.
Maybe you checked a bit too early, then?

Thank you for reporting this @maskmanlucifer. We were performing some backend maintenance last night. I believe that is when you saw the solution was in queue.
Once the work was completed this morning, the issue was resolved and all pending submissions were processed.
