I think that toph should allow seeing other submissions or publish editorials for each contest. What can be more frustrating than not resolving a problem is to not even being able what the solution is! Asking the community although it can be friendly and nice, it is quite troublesome and not always effective. No wonder Codeforces and Atcoder are the top competitive programming in the world. They both allow seeing submissions and publish editorials as soon as the contest end. If editorials take an extra effort then I see no reason why to forbid watching other’s submissions!
