Can we submit a solution to every problem after a contest is over?

I want to upsolve the questions appeared in the contest.But when im submitting its showing that the contest is over .So how to submit it?
Im new to this platform ,so if the solution is something very obvious i apologize for the same.

Once a contest is over, we add the problems to the archive. You can find all problems that are available in the archive here: Problems | Toph

You can upsolve the problems once they have been added to the archive.
